This stone cladded house had some earthquake damage and thev owner decided not to reclad in stone. Instead we did it in cedar vertical shiplap, which gave us also the oppurtunity to triple the insulation . Looks far better.
The interior is changed to a new layout. Open space kitchen/living area gives a totally new feel to the house …
