From old to new retro

: The orientation of this kitchen has been changed by closing off one door and removing the fire place. Timber floor (Rimu) has been brought back to life by sanding and oiling. For the quirky look of the kitchen, we’ve used a combo of laminate and timber for the unique bench tops. Overall the use of various colours and different materials creates a nice retro feel.

: For better use of the area, we’ve change the layout of the ensuite as well. That enabled us to create a generous shower space. The vanity made from an up-cycled vintage sewing machine table and the matching mirror cabinet above bring the WOW-factor into this area.
